"In your face!" he exclaimed with a laugh as he strutted away from the basket.

"Yeah, you think you're hot shit, but now it's my turn," Manuel replied.

"Okay, let's see what you got!"

Manuel picked up the ball as the two friends returned to the very end of the driveway. Lorenzo turned to face his friend, a big grin on his face. Manuel tossed him the ball, and Lorenzo tossed it back. Manuel started to dribble, then made his run up the driveway. Lorenzo was faster than he was, however, and was easily able to stay in front of him, doing his best to block the basket. Manuel wasn't worried, though. He moved back a few feet from the basket, eyed it quickly to judge the distance, then sent the basketball up into the air. It arched through the air, falling straight through the hoop.

"Swish, mother-fucker!" Manuel shouted, strutting just as much as his friend.

The boys went back and forth, always staying tied. Finally, it was down to game point, and Manuel had the ball. Lorenzo did his best to block him, pushing up against him and staying right in his face. But finally Manuel managed to get around his friend, rushing the basket and winning the game with an easy lay-up.

"And that is game!!"

"Yeah, yeah, I'll get you next time," Lorenzo told him as he picked up the ball.

"In your dreams, maybe," Manuel replied with a laugh.

The two 15-year-old boys left the driveway and went into the house, heading into the kitchen. Lorenzo grabbed a couple of bottles of Gatorade from the fridge, tossing one to his friend. They sat down at the kitchen table, kicking up their feet and quickly drinking down their Gatorade.

"That hits the spot!" Lorenzo said, tossing his bottle into the garbage.

"It sure does," said Manuel, tossing his away as well.

"So what do you want to do now?" Lorenzo asked.

"That's a good question." Manuel thought about this for a few moments. "You know, I've been feeling fucking horny all damned afternoon."

"Well if you think I'm gonna help you there, think again, bitch!" Lorenzo told him.

"I wasn't talking about you, asshole. I ain't no fuckin' queer. But I was thinking about that little sister of yours."
