"Seen you here before haven't I?"

It kind of brought me out of my thoughts.

"Yeah, I often have some lunch here I love the park, a bit of nature in the city"

We ate in silence for a bit,

"You here for the birds?" He asked "You know feathered ones"

I had to admit I wasn't much of a bird fancier

"Well it has to be the kids then"

I nearly choked on my sandwich "Howd'you mean?"

"Don't worry" He continued "I love watching the little ones too"

We ate in quiet some more
