Nice looking bunch of guest. Maybe I could get lucky, I thought. Then I saw her, all lavender and creamy white, with a bouquet in her hands, one of the bridesmaids. She couldn't have been more than ten or eleven years old. But she glowed with an angelic light that made me forget myself for a moment. I knew I had to have her. But how?

I watched her all through the wedding, the little nervous giggles, the batting eyelashes, and the mischievous smile. She was a wild card, I could smell it. I heard one of the other girls call her name, Felicity. That gave me something to go on. If nothing else, something to take home with me and fantasize about. Felicity, very pretty.

After the ceremony, everyone gathered in the back of the manor house for the reception. It was a nice enough spread, plenty to eat and an open bar. I was keeping close tabs on my little angel, shadowing her steps, but always keeping my distance.

As she approached the bar, I moved closer to listen to her speak. She had the charming little voice of a child actress, clear and proper, with a bit of sass behind it. I heard her order champagne but the bartender laughed and gave her a soda instead. She sulked off alone toward the house.

I quickly went to the bar and secured two glasses of bubbly, telling the bartender that one was for my wife and tipped him well. The whole time, I kept my eye on Felicity as she made her way to the manor.

I made my way through the party, carrying the champagne glasses careful not spill. I was going to need every drop if my plan were to succeed.

Once inside, I followed the girl as she wandered through the house, sulking. No one was paying her any attention. No one but me. After all, this was supposed to be a happy occasion.

When I knew that no one would hear me, I approached her with my liquid persuader in hand. "Felicity, isn't it?" I asked slyly. "I think we met at your other cousin's wedding."
