"I'm great," she purred and gave a little snuggle and kiss. "Are the kids awake?"

"Not yet. How 'bout I get some coffee going and the water heater started. I have a feeling we're all going to need a good washing," I said with a chuckle

She turned to look at the pair bedded with us and said, "You know, they really do look beautiful. Just like the lovers they are."

"Nothing quite like seeing a young girl in the arms of her lover," I said. "You have to admit, they do look perfect together." Ten year old Elizabeth was curled up against her fifteen year old brother's side with her head snuggled in his neck, his arm resting behind her shoulder.

"Yes they do," she replied softly. "I always knew they were special, at least to me, but now I see how much they really mean to each other and I'm at a loss for words. They're just so right."

"It is a treat seeing them all wrapped up like that," I said. "We should get up and get things ready for their day. I just know a cup of espresso has my name on it."

The little espresso pot was hissing and the oil heater was working on the water tank, a look around showed a sunny dawn with a light chop from the morning wind rippling the surface of the harbor. All was right with the world.

Donna looked up from her cup and asked, "Does it bother you seeing Bethy in Steve's arms instead of yours? Do you wish it was you she was going to wake up to instead? I'm just curious, you know. I'm pretty uncertain about a lot of things right now."

"Well, to tell you the truth, I'm not jealous or anything and I do wish, a little anyways, that it was me cuddled up with her right now. But that's just part of it. I adore her and I think she does me, but in a different way than with her brother. The most important thing right now is her desires and what's in her heart. You?
