Doctor Hubbs busied himself at his desk, his heart beating rapidly in his chest. He had waited eagerly for this last consultation all day. Jenny Morris, the young single mother sitting before him had been a patient of his for several months and he had gradually been creating the situation leading to this consultation, building up her dependance upon him, ever since he had set eyes upon her two children and learned of her drug habit.He looked at the two kids, the boy about twelve years old and his sister about eight. Both children were shy and appeared younger than their true age. Just as he liked them.

At her last consultation, his plan finally came to fruition. Jenny had expressed concern about her children, about their development. When he had questioned her further, she had told him she had caught Jamie about to look at Susie's 'thing' and she could see he had had an erection under his pyjamas. He was going to touch his little sister but Jenny had stopped them and given the boy a hiding. She was quite upset by the whole thing. He had calmed her down and told her he could help her out if she wanted - and she could get extra prescriptions 'to help her cope' if she agreed. Of course she had jumped at his offer, as he had known she would; and he had then proceeded to tell her that he thought they all needed some sex education, herself included, and he was quite happy to do it if she wanted. But it would have to be as a family. And she would have to ensure complete confidentiality as well as doing exactly as he asked and making sure the children did as well. The young woman, desperate for her next fix, agreed unhesitatingly. Now here they all were. The receptionist had been told she could leave and had grabbed an early departure and there was only him and the family left on this floor.

He sat on the edge of his desk, facing his three patients. "Well," he began. "I guess we should get started. Do you all know why you are here? Susie?"

The little girl looked up at him and smiled. "Mummy said it was for you to teach us things about our bodies. And to give us an egza..egzman..."

"An examination," her brother finished for her. "And Mum said you were going to give us sex education because I was naughty."

Doctor Hubbs laughed and tousled the boy's hair. "Partly right, both of you." he said. "But you haven't been naughty, Jamie. Just curious. So we are going to satisfy that curiosity and teach you how to do things right. Who wants to go first?" He looked at the three of them. "Maybe you, Susie. You're the youngest."

The Doctor got off the desk and moved to the centre of the room where there was an examination table. "Come here, Susie."The little girl stood up shyly and came over to him, the mother and the boy turning towards them to watch. "Okay, up you go," and he lifted the youngster up and sat her on the table. "Take off your shoes and socks, Susie, then lie down on the table."

He went to the glass fronted cupboard against the wall and took a couple of items from within it as the girl removed her shoes and socks and lay back, glancing nervously at her mother as she did so. Her mother just smiled back reassuringly and gave no indication she was concerned, so Susie relaxed slightly. Mum had told her and Jamie they were to do whatever Doctor Hubbs told them to do without question, no matter what. And they weren't to tell anyone what happened today, no matter what. Both her and Jamie were nervous, but also very curious. Their mother seemed really eager for them to do as she asked and they had both agreed, swearing a promise not to tell anyone.

"Good girl," Doctor Hubbs, said, standing beside the table and smiling down at her. "Now, Jamie and Mrs Morris, come over here."

The mother stood up and moved over with her son to stand the other side of the table. She looked anxiously at the doctor, feeling a little disquiet. He just smiled back and glanced towards the cupboard again. She followed his glance and her eyes rested on the little bottles in a row on the top shelf. Her heart fluttered. She knew they would all be hers if she did as he wanted. She took a deep breath and looked back at him. He smiled knowingly then turned his attention back to the little girl lying on the table. Everything would be a piece of cake from now on, he realised.
