Helen knew that her bosses would understand. They would also give her maternity leave in the New Year when the baby was born as long as she promised to work from home as much as she was able to. Helen looked at the clock on her computer which was sitting on her desk then nodded to herself as she walked over to her desk. She had promised Jack that he would get to go with her and she wasn't about to back down on that promise to her little boy. She loved having him in her arms at night, feeling his cock buried in her and his seed squirting into her. She wondered if that first time in the hotel room had been when his child had taken hold in her or if it had been a few nights later when they were back at home.

Helen had cleared her schedule to leave a few hours later and drove now in her car towards the middle school that her son attended. She had sent a note with him that morning excusing him from leaving the school at one in the afternoon for a doctor's appointment. She hadn't put in the note who was having the appointment. She pulled the car into the front of the school and got out walking into the front office. When she saw Jack sitting at the chairs she knew that it would be easy enough to go. She smiled at her son feeling her desire for him grow suddenly. She wanted to be with Jack again, but she would wait till they got home. She signed him out and they walked to the car neither speaking.

In fact the ride over to the OB that had been Helen's OB when she had gotten pregnant with Jack was quite as well. She parked the car in the parking lot of the doctor's office and as she did she said, "Remember it's not your baby, it's your new brother or sister." Jack nodded knowing that he had to keep saying that, not that it would be hard for him to do something like that, after all his mom was carrying the baby. While his seed had planted the new life it was also his mom's egg and that meant that it really was his brother or sister and also his son or daughter.

Jack walked with his mom into the doctor's office and she checked in with the nurse then they were led to a room. Helen shook Doctor Hurnan's hand as she did he said, "Its good to see you again Helen and this must be Jack?" He shook Jack's hand and said, "You have grown into a big guy, like I told your parents you would. What are you. . .twelve now?" Jack nodded and Dr. Hurnan said, "Go ahead and lie up on the table for me Helen."

Helen did as instructed and felt a little nervous as Dr. Hurnan pulled her shirt up slightly and rubbed some gel onto her stomach. He brought the machine over and Helen looked over at her son. Jack was sitting close to her looking at the monitor and Helen could tell that he was very excited. She wondered if his excitement had transferred into sexual excitement yet. If it hadn't when they got home she would make sure that it did. Dr. Hurnan turned on the ultrasound and said, "It's pretty rare that I see kids come in with their parents for these."

Jack said, "I wanted to see my brother or sister."

Helen also said, "Jack's all I have anyway, I mean after Jack's father left there hasn't been anyone just dates. ..and I guess one of them. Well it doesn't matter does it Jack?"

Jack shook his head and Dr. Hurnan chuckled, "that makes sense." He moved the machine and said, "There we go, right there." Helen looked seeing the shape of an obvious sack in her uterus. Dr. Hurnan moved the machine a little bit more and said, "you can see right there is the ba-hmmm." He moved it again and then finally said, "or should I say babies. Looks like twins, identical twins at that." Dr. Hurnan moved the machine a little more and then said, "yup." he turned looking at Jack as he said, "Looks like your mom is having twin boys or girls. SO it won't be one brother or sister but two." Dr. Hurnan looked around a little bit more and then said, "they look to be healthy for their age and size. You are in your thirties now Helen, I'd like to have some tests run to make sure that there aren't any problems. We'll have to wait though for a few more weeks before we do anything." He paused before saying, "You wanted to know how far along you are, I'd say you convinced nine weeks ago."

The doctor talked with her about a few more things but eventually Helen was glad to be out of the office and also glad to be heading home. As they were getting into the car Jack said, "I want to see it." Helen didn't have to ask what he meant. She handed him the folder with the pictures from the ultra sound and Jack looked them over before saying, "twins, I made twins?"

Helen chuckled and started the car as she said, "I suppose you did." The drive home was uneventful. At the house Helen picked up the phone and called her sister. David answered and after he said hello she said, "can I talk to my sister?" David handed the phone to his wife and as April got on the phone Helen said, "I'm having twins."

April on the other end rubbed her four month pregnant belly and said, "really?" She had started to really round out in the past few weeks and enjoyed the feeling of once again finally having a child within her womb. "Sarah and I are both having boys, one each. Do you know that Sarah and I are both pretty sure that Jack got us pregnant the first time he had sex with us?"

Helen looked over at where her son was and said, "I am pretty sure that I got pregnant that first time as well, in that hotel room. I don't know how I am going to figure out the genetic testing, I mean if they do that to find out about any birth defects. . .they'll find out that the and is. . ." ......(cont)
