The summer of 1988 brought about their 16th birthdays, and their partying turned full circle for the girls. They had grown up in a shoreline town, and had worked as lifeguards at a resort for the past couple of summers. Due to their ages, they had only supervised the kiddie pools and the like. Now that they were both 16, they were allowed to work in the adult area.

Gary was an older boy who had worked at the resort as well. He was a tall red headed guy, with a great body. It was his junior year in college, and he was a well-known local kid. He had done extremely well in sports all his life, and he was on an athletic scholarship at college. He had done very well with all sports throughout his youth, and he had attended a private high school in a different town to gain more hockey exposure. He was well known and well liked at the resort, as he always had a friendly smile, and was always a hard worker.

He had known Ginger and Alicia since they had started at the resort, and they had become friends in passing. They would harmlessly flirt with him, checking him out in his bathing suit and all, and they would giggle and joke with each other. As they turned 16, they approached Gary with a more adult attitude, and they wanted to push and tease him as far as they could during the summer.

Alicia was the taller of the two, a slim blonde, with straight hair that hung partway down her back. She had the firm, sleek build of a swimmer, and her breasts were compact and firm on her chest. She was perpetually tan, as the lifeguard tower afforded an abundance of sunny rays.

Ginger, on the other hand, was a perky little blonde. Petite in size, her body was a tight little package, everything put together in perfect proportions. Her hair was kept short in a pageboy haircut, and her skin was eternally golden brown thanks to the same sun that she shared with Alicia.

They had had their share of boyfriends, and they had their share of limited sexual experiences. They had fooled around a great deal, petting and kissing with their boyfriends, and they had even had sex a couple of times. For both of them, however, the sex was more awkward and painful than it was enjoyable, and they both put their hopes on the summer at the adult pool as their first real interaction with the opposite sex.

The summer opened with a blast, the resort packed to the brim on Memorial Day weekend to kick off the summer fun. The girls had their share of admirers, and they kept their eyes on all of the available men that they could find. The weeks began to roll by in this fashion, both of the girls loving the obvious attention that they got at the adult pool.

Gary also began to hang out with them more, enjoying their company and joking around with them at the pool. He helped them with some of their duties, and he even gave them a ride home on occasion. He noticed their developing beauty, and he kidded them about how much all the other guys had noticed their developing beauty as well. But with the relationship they had had over the years, Gary looked at them as young girls, and never took their flirting seriously.

"I really want to jump Gary's bones," Ginger told Alicia while they were getting changed into their bathing suits. "He still treats us like kids, and I want to jump him before the summer is out." Alicia told her that she would help her, and then she was hit with a brainstorm.

"Hey, we still have those tickets," she squealed to her friend, "have you asked anyone yet?" They were both given two tickets each to an upcoming summer concert and Alicia figured that it would be a great way to get together with Gary. "You should ask him to go with you."
